Birthday cake for my daughter Melody. It’s a Keto carrot cake with Keto buttercream cream cheese frosting, since my daughters and I are on a low carb diet. Was a little apprehensive about making a keto cake as oppose to just a gluten free one, but it turned out great! I was really pleased with it. Everyone loved it even my son-in-law who always teases me about my gluten free cakes.
