This cake was a joint venture between me and my daughter. She baked her favorite cake, carrot cake with a cheesecake layer in the middle. Frosted with cream cheese frosting. She saw this design in the internet and asked me to decorate it for her. I know that the true meaning of Easter is not about bunnies, but about the resurrection of our Savior; but it was so cute that I couldn’t resist. (HE IS RISEN!) Happy Easter!!
