I usually give my neighbors a fondant decorated cake for Christmas. This year I just cannot seem to motivate myself to decorate cakes. Still wanted to give them something so I made a inch 7 for them and a smaller one to give my great-nieces since I am babysitting one of them today. She was very excited when she saw her little cake to take home.
