This cake is for a winter wonderland program and Christmas dinner at my church. The cakes are 12 and 8 inches, covered in fondant with white buttercream icing trees on the side of the cakes.
The stand up trees are made of ice cream cones with royal and buttercream icing. The sleigh and the snow man and woman are made out of gum paste. Design is from an old Wilton Holiday book.
