BABY SHARK CAKE
Baby Shark cake for my grandson River’s 2nd birthday. Cake vanilla orange, filled with chocolate ganache and orange buttercream. I covered the cake in 100% ganache because party was being held outside at a local park. It was hot, but the cake held up well, with no issues. Thanks to Liz Marek/Sugar Geek Cakes that assured me that a fully ganached cake would definitely hold up on a hot day outside. Liz’s baby shower was outside on a 90 degree day, and cake wasn’t cut for 2 hours after sitting outside. That gave me confidence to do the same.
