I do believe this is the most difficult gum paste flower I’ve attempted but I love the results. Each flower is composed of many individual florets crowded together to give it’s distinctive look. All the stamens and pistols were handmade from stiffened cotton thread and the florets and leaves are very delicate so quite the challenge for a bull in a china shop 🙂 I followed the amazing Robert Haynes tutorial and used his botanically correct products.
