Comic Book Covers was this years Theme for the Comic Con Cake International Collaboration!!! I chose a cover of the comic Superman American Alien by cover artist Ryan Sook for DC Comics. My piece is hand cut fondant that is then layered to create a 2D effect. The piece is then hand painted with cocoa butter and powdered food color.
