My plate is an original food from egyptian cuisine it’s called “Mahshi” , The plate is a mix of grape leaves, eggplants & zucchini all stuffed with rice & spices also it contains rice stuffed pigeon and grilled steak & in the bowl “Molokhya” a very traditional kind of soup very popular in middle east usually made with chicken or meat soup All made in sugar, also plate ,bowl, spoon ,knife and fork in sugar molokya made in isomalt.
