Decorated this cake for the Women’s Conference at my church. The theme is “Encontrando Gozo en el Viaje” which is Spanish for “Finding Joy in the Journey”. Made the the Eiffel tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Christ the Redeemer and the lamp post out of sugar sheets mounted on gum paste.
