Christmas cake

I made this cake for a fun, couple’s Christmas party. It features a modeling chocolate bow with an edible velvet finish. The greenery includes gumpaste boxwood and wafer paper pine branches. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to make edible pine cones, so I had to use real ones.
