Only other cake makers will appreciate this story…
This cake is my first major cake snafu! I rushed to get this cake done in the midst of Thanksgiving baking and cooking. Drove it and hour and a half away to the venue only to realize I had confused the weekends and the party is actually the following weekend. Ugh!!
Soooo….I get to make this cake all over again next week. lol!
The good news is the soup kitchen I dropped it off at was thrilled to serve it to their guests this weekend. :-)
