When a little girl can’t decide what animal she loves more, the famous unicorn or a cute panda, the mother has to have her both on her birthday :-)
Loved making this one and Giulia was happy with the result. It was a sponge cake filled with pastry cream and strawberries all covered in tasty chocolate ganache and massa ticino sugar paste.
