My name is Rosa Laura Sáenz Castro, I chose this beautiful angel in stained glass painting, because it reminds me of the images of the guardian angels of my childhood. I am a cake designer and I love creating projects with bright colors. I have more than 12 years to start this sweet path and I started, taking classes with renowned chefs and teachers throughout this dozen years. My first steps were when I taught my beloved Granny Rosita to make a cake and meringues, and then the sweet and wonderful hand of my beautiful mom Aurora Elena enjoy more of this delicious world of sugar.
