This is the biggest cake I have made to date. It stood at 5ft tall (I included myself in the picture so you can get some sense of the scale), and is made from vanilla cake, berry compote and white chocolate.

The structure was made from welded metal to support its considerable weight and it was carried by 5 men onto a custom made trolley for the event he was made for.

The unicorn was inspired by the origami unicorn from the orginal Blade Runner movie.

It was covered in white sugarpaste and air brushed with magic colours metallic paints.
