The happy couple are both musicians and the brief was to marry both their love of music with a floral base tier that was recreated directly from their wedding invitation. The top tier features an edible score of Handel Halvorsen’s Passacaglia for violin and cello, the perfect duet and piece for the cellist and violinist couple.

Every element is edible including the violin and cello, and I have incorporated wired sugar flowers amongst the moulded ones on the base tier.
