Made this cake for my daughter’s birthday. It’s an 8 inch chocolate cake with a coconut almond filling, coconut buttercream and chocolate ganache.

Thank you ladies. This was one time I wish i wasn’t gluten intolerant. I love the almond joy candy bar.
