On return from our holiday I had to get straight to work on this Unicorn cake for granddaughter Erin’s 7th birthday, I knew what she wanted and made the Unicorn and rainbow before we went away giving me time to concentrate on the cake.
Five coloured layers of sponge flavoured with strawberry purée and filled with vanilla buttercream. 8" round by 6" high
