When I was asked to create something defining ‘Love’ for the Love Is Collaboration, it had to be my own parents. These two set the bar very high. BUT… modelling people so close to you isn’t an easy thing to do. I kept tweaking and changing things about them constantly and I can honestly say that it was the hardest project I’ve ever done. This image is based on a snap taken when my Dad revealed that he keeps a photo-booth picture of the two of them from 1965 in his wallet.
