Congratulations to Danielle and James who choose me to create their wedding cake 2 and a half years ago! Since then I relocated 250 miles away but I always promised I would travel to deliver their wedding cake. It was a bit of a stressful journey but I would never want to let someone down.

I absolutely love this wedding cake design, its now officially one of my favourite cakes I have created to date. I adore the edible lace against the light grey sugar paste and all the beautiful handmade sugar flowers including peonies, roses and freesias.

Flavours included vanilla with raspberry jam and vanilla bean buttercream, chocolate fudge with dark chocolate buttercream, zesty lemon with lemon curd and lemon buttercream and chocolate fudge with Nutella buttercream and crushed Ferrero Rochers!
