This coolio croc cake, is carved from chocolate cake and layered with peanut praline and salted caramel.

I loved the idea of this louche crocodile that was too cool for school, with his boombox and gold chain. (Im showing my age now… ;) ) It was the perfect birthday cake for my DJ brother.
