Such a joy making this cake – colourful, pretty, challenging me in many good ways.
Customer who picked it up had to travel over 3 hours and I was very, very worried for him. I did pack and prepare the cake for his travels and spent a good 30 minutes on giving him a good lecture on how to drive slowly and safely but he got to his destination in one piece and without any problems, lol.
Flavours- vanilla and strawberry cream and vanilla with lemon curd and lemon cream.
Customer and grandmother was absolutely delighted, not just with decoration but also its taste, which always makes me happy ;) Hope you like it as much as I do. Thank you for your comments xxx
