Greatly inspired by the Maasai proverb…… I decided to represent the Maasai tribe in my piece. I combined the Maasai giraffe which is endangered as well. We all must learn to respect the earth. Not only for ourselves but for our children. The Maasai proverb says it all! “We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children”
