This was my entry for the wedding showstopper category at Squires Kitchen competition. No moulds were allowed to be used. The base tier was a hand made bark effect. The next tier up was painted using cocoa butter. The next tier featured stencilled circles turned into fish and bubbles and the top tier was a watercolour wash with silver leaf and white sugarpaste waves. The little owl and pussycat were hand modelled using Saracino paste.
I was thrilled this won gold and best in class. Thank you for looking x
