Bentley !

As I previously said I’d love to make 3D car cakes.
It’s not easy to do it, because Polish sponge is very light and soft (we do not use butter and any oil for the sponge) and also the cream is very light, here is blueberry mousse made on double cream.
Realy hard work when your cake is wobbling all the time but ganache is the best to make hard base under fondant.
I pained this cake by airbrush.
