Moving Owl cake …. Owl and book are both made from cake… I made this cake in a weekend course with Dawn Butler. Amazing fun and so effective. The body and book are carved and covered in ganache and Sugarpaste. Then airbrushed to bring it to life. The head contains a mechanism which moves from side to side and is controlled by a smart phone.
