Electrician Cake

For son Joshua’s 45th birthday. As you may have guessed, he is an electrician. Cable reel is two cake drums covered in fondant and painted with airbrush Ivory color. a 10" styrofoam dummy in between. Everything else is gumpaste except the blown sugar lightbulb. Doing the cable wire with an extruder took forever. Think he will get a kick from it.

Thanks so much Sandra. 8:30 P.M. here and all of my side dishes are done, giblets are cooked, kitchen is spotless and I am heading for bed. I hope everyone has a bountiful day tomorrow with family, friends, food and love.
