Sometimes a very specific brief can push you out of your comfort zone. I’m so used to making animated cakes but actually the rugby ball was pretty fun to execute.

Double chocolate cake with vanilla cocoa buttercream and ganache on the inside. That’s a try right there! 😜 (sorry couldn’t resist….)
