Super Pig

Cartoon Piggy cake devised around the idea of ‘when pigs might fly’.

He is 100% cake, covered in ganache, modelling chocolate and sugar paste. He was coloured using an airbrush.

I also developed him as a step by step tutorial which is available now in the current issue of American Cake Decorating Magazine.
