Hello everyone! This is my work for international collaboration Sugar Skull Bakers organized for the fifth year by Berenice Rabago.
“Day of the Dead”

Every November 2 in my country Ecuador the people drink a purple preparation called “colada morada”, that is made with purple corn, herbs and fruits; She is accompanied by a bread doll called a “guagua” or girl in aboriginal language.
It is a tradition that is celebrated as a family to share and remember the loved ones who have passed to a better life. Some indigenous communities still share the drink in cemeteries eating directly on the graves of their dead.
It is a tradition full of color, love and tradition.
Hope you like.
