After battling 96% humidity during the week of this cake, having to redesign (and compromise) and redecorate, this was a cake I made for my daughter’s 6th birthday. She was not too thrilled with the redesign as it “wasn’t as epic” as the original but overall, I think we were both pretty happy with the end result.
