Rustic two-tier Birch Wedding cake embellished with burgundy flower paste dahlias, white roses and fall greenery. As the top tier was angled to duplicate a cut tree, we opted to do the top tier on the side. The bride hand-made the little bride and groom toppers.
I chose to dry-dust the fondant birch as I felt the end result was much softer and realistic.
