This is one of the pieces I created for the Music Around the World – Cake Notes 2017 collaboration.
With this piece I wanted to pay homage to, Rão Kyao, a great Portuguese bamboo flute player. As most of you know I love to make gravity defying cakes. This time is not a cake but a sugar and chocolate sculpture, simulating bronze. I was inspired by the work of the awsome artist Michael Holmes and, of course, by Rão Kyao himself.
