This was one of my favourite cakes to date, I was asked to make a cake to reflect an English country garden in summer. I took inspiration from a well known cake by Sugar Spice Cakes with the airbrushed colours then added my own handpainting at the bottom and a whole bunch of different sugar flowers in pinks and purples to match the couples colour scheme. They loved it and so did I! 😊
