Today is the 20 year Anniversary of the passing of Princess Diana. I was thrilled to be asked to join a group of cakes from around the world to create a cake collaboration in her honour. This is my piece, which I took inspiration from one of her outfits, so many to choose from, but I loved this one. April 1987 – Getting into the spirit of things, the Princess wore a military-style skirt suit by Catherine Walker paired with a white hat by Graham Smith at Kangol for an attendance at the passing out parade at Sandhurst.
