Our team of international sugar artists will not disappoint as they deliver incredible show stopping works of art…edible art! Really, EDIBLE art!

Amphitrite, the wife of Poseidon, is my contribution to this fabulous collection. She stands 21 inches tall and is made of modeling chocolate over a wire armature, colored with a combination of gel colors and petal and luster dusts wearing a dress made of wafer paper.
