When you ask a couple what they’d like on their wedding cake and they through their life history at you….! Representations from favourite cities, passions and hobbies were hand cut from sugar paste and arranged over the four square tiers (11" chocolate and cherry, 9" carrot, 7" lemon and 5" fruit cake), and then topped with the couple’s initials airbrushed in hot pink and red to match the wedding scheme. This was a tough one and took over 75 hours to complete (I should have started earlier!).

After dark the venue lighting made it GLOW! Awesome!
