This is a novelty cake made for the local show. It is a reference to the trend of “adult” colouring in books. The idea of these books is to relax and calm but I find them frustrating as I don’t have the time to finish them and now have a few books filled with half finished pages.

The cake is sculptured from chocolate cake and covered with a modelling chocolate/fondant mix. All details are freehand painted with Edible Art Paints.
