This was a dense and delicious chocolate sour cream bundt cake with a light glaze ontop which I then covered completely with hand-piped vanilla buttercream “fur” :) The tooth, lip, nose and horns were made from Satin Ice fondant while the three eyes were mint chocolate Oreo cookies (I pushed one mini Hershey Kiss into each eye!). The cookies were attached to cake pop sticks using Royal Icing. My nephew loved his birthday cake and his siblings couldn’t wait to get their hands on it! They attacked the monster’s eyes and horns first!! LOL. Such a cute cake for such a cute boy!
