Alex and Claire were married yesterday in the garden at a lovely venue here in Market Harborough.
The weather was kind, and the sun came out for the Wedding and the photos, and didn’t rain until everyone was sat down in the Marquee, then the heaven’s DID open for a while!

I’ve known Claire’s family for a VERY long time, (her Mum and I go back to the year dot!).
So I was thrilled to be asked to make the cake for their Wedding.
The brief was quite simple, with just one real request from Alex, to make it as ‘#purpletastic’ as possible because that’s his favourite colour.
But we added the lilacs and hot pinks in to tie in with Bride and Bridesmaids bouquets and table flowers too.
