I loved watching Lucy, she always made me laugh and just looking at her makes me happy. All the crazy and wacky antics she got up to at work, with her friends and her family were hysterical. My favourite episode was Lucy working in the chocolate factory.
Lucy has been sculpted from Fondant and Modelling Chocolate. Her pinafore is made with wafer paper coated with my own version of a softener for wafer paper, this makes it pliable when applying, all ingredients in this coating are completely edible. Her collar and pinafore stitching is hand piped. Edible lace has been used to edge her apron. The plaque is flooded with royal icing and hand piped.
