This cake was for the end of my youngest child school. The name of the school is the “caterpillarapple”. So I decided to make a big halfdummycake (the whole cake was 50 cm in heigh) and an half real cake on the top. To make the effect more realistic I painted the fondant with red jelly. The leaf is made with wafer paper to let it to be light and thin.
