This cake WON Best In Show at the Midwest Food Service Around the World in Cake Competition. The cake is all fondant. Bottom & top tier is layered and airbrushed. The 2 middle tiers are hand painted in cocoa butter/petal dust paint a variety of things I’d like to do if I could just GO. Needless to say, it smells amazing! I used Avalon Yarnes make your own food safe mold to create the clasp on the trunk.
