The reason i named this fairytale, is because of the background. They had sheer curtains with lights behind it. It gave such a magical look to the cake and table. Detailed scrollwork in buttercream on top and bottom tiers, then dots on center tier. Fresh roses i placed on top and around base of the silver cake plateau. This was also held in a barn venue. they are so popular in our area, an two have beautiful stonework and have a/c, of which i haven’t seen at the other barn venues. I am partial to those barns, as a wedding cake fairs better, and not as many time limits as to when to deliver, so the humidity and heat will not affect the cake. Everyone have a lovely summer!
