My daughter wanted a mermaid cake for her fifth birthday
So I decided to sculpt a mermaid like in a cartoon with an internal structure

The tail is made with flexique and gelatin bubbles

The blue coloured cake is the head

And she was lucky to have an amazing dessert table for her birthday
all decorations are by Sweet Candy Shower
