Had the real pleasure of making a rare cake, normally I only have time to do the flowers. I enjoyed making the cake but honestly glad I don’t do them all the time as its always stressful making wedding cakes, especially when you are working full time with a family etc etc lol.
I tried some new techniques on this cake and was pleased that I had made just enough roses. i even had one spare one left over for me to keep.
