Our family Easter Cake – made so I could use the models I’d created with my first ever ‘bucket’ of Cake Dutchess Modelling Paste – which I am now officially in love with ;) The cake was a triple choc sponge with dark chocolate buttercream – I held off adding Baileys – my fave addition – so my granddaughter could share the cake with all the adults – however all little Eliza actually wanted to do was to eat all the chickens!!!

The models were inspired by dolls I’d seen on Pinterest by a Russian doll maker I think, the little fox was something someone had made in felt – they were just so cute I had to fondantise them :)
