In all the time I have been working with modeling chocolate, this is one of the pieces I’ve enjoyed working the most.
This is a bust,,, all cake with a combination of modeling chocolate and fondant,,, I’ve used a variety of handmade techniques to tint and create that wood effect… I don’t use any kind of machine (airbrush) to tint.
in the movie, there was a baby groot , a child groot and the adult groot… I wanted to crate a young goot.
