My hardest cake emotionally!…Sadly our world turned upside down when my sister was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer just a few weeks back! This came without any warning but required emergency surgery! she caught a break and last week was allowed home for a few weeks and in time for her birthday!. she has forever loved horses, unicorns, Pegasus, stargazing etc…. She has several statues of horses and has drawn pencil sketches of them over the years! I worried I went over the top in the design as she hates a fuss, but she loved it!.. It was bittersweet knowing that it will be the last birthday cake I get to do for her! My heart breaks! I will forever remember her reaction! Making cakes has never felt so rewarding and comforting.
