This was a joint birthday cake for two of my dearest friends. Both are celebrating the big “65”. I wanted something bright, cheerful and colourful, as it’s been so dull and gray here.  Thought a happy drip cake would be perfect for Spring. Or at least the calendar says it’s Spring!!
Cakes are banana lime, filled with lemon lime curd and chocolate mud filled with chocolate ganache. Royal icing drip with gumpaste accents.
