I’ve had the book “Diary of an Edwardian Country Lady” on my shelf for many years. So was excited to be asked by Cake Masters Magazine to join a few other cake artists to create pop up book themes. Flowers are all sugarpaste as well as the modelled features. The Handpainting I used cocoa butter. Book Theme is four seasons so I featured aspects of Spring, Summer, Winter*, Autumn

All the books were on show at the NEC Cakes International, and will be on show again, end April in London’s Alexandra Palace for Cakes International, at the Cake Masters stand. I was delighted to receive a gold award and 2nd place
